Learn Italian favorites from the chef’s travels through Tuscany including: Hand Made Fresh Pasta, Caprese Salad, Herb Crusted Pork Loin with Grape Sauce, and Zabaglione (Italian custard).

French Classics, de-mystified. Salade Verte w/ Dijon Vinaigrette, Coq Au Vin (braised ‘Chicken with Wine’), and Chocolate Souffle.
Greek Style Mediterranean Flavors $89 per person

Asian Bao Steamed Buns & BBQ $89 per person
Learn how to make the slightly sweet yeasty steamed buns from scratch along with tasty fillings such as Pork Char Siu, Cucumber Radish Sunomono Salad, Bok Choy w/ Thai Chilies, Sweet Chili Edamame, and fresh bean sprouts & scallions along side. Sweet Ginger Pudding rounds out this Asian feast.

Fresh Corn Tortillas (!), Garlicky Shrimp Tacos with Jicama & Red Cabbage Slaw, 'Quick' Chicken Mole Tacos with Avocado & Queso Fresco, Roasted Poblano & Pinto Puree, Mexican Style Brown Rice make for all the fixings of a fresh Taco Fiesta. Mexican Wedding Cookies for dessert.

Please note, As of April 2016, Shiso Kitchen requires a 72 hour notice for any cancellations for group classes to avoid being charged full price for the class. Private event cancellation policy as stated on contract. Gift certificates become void if customer does not give 72 hour notice of cancellation. Also, Shiso Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or change the class schedule at any time at the discretion of management. Customers will be notified via e-mail OR website calendar update.
